FAQ’s for appointments

  • Generally, we tend to block out an allocated time depending on service. Once an appointment is booked, please check your email for check-in and check-out times.

    Please be mindful of length and thickness when you are booking and provide us with as much information as possible so that we don’t have to turn you away once we see your hair.

  • Each client’s hair takes differently to colour.

    If you do not have any dye in your hair, we can usually achieve your desired colour in the first session. However, if you have coloured your hair recently (in particular home dye), then desired colour may take a lot longer to achieve.

    Alternatively, if your hair is damaged, we may need to do 2 or 3 sessions of colour to maintain the integrity of your hair to prevent breakage.

  • Our prices vary for all stylist levels. Please check our Pricelist for more information.

  • We recommend that you rebook with every appointment to avoid missing out on your preferred date and time.

    However, we understand that schedules can change, and we advise you to book 2-3 weeks in advance. For senior stylists and our busy days (late nights and Saturdays), we recommend 4-5 weeks’ notice at least.

    We do, have last-minute cancellations, so feel free to contact us via email or phone to double-check, and we can always add you to our waiting lists.

  • We advise new clients to come in for a consult first to ensure what you would like is achievable; we charge £20 for consultations, which is redeemable against any service.

  • Yes, we offer Keratin treatments, which will help smooth the hair. Nonetheless, you can still be left with natural volume.

  • Yes, we offer many services for afro hair
