FAQ’s for appointments

  • We tend to block out an allocated time depending on the service you’re having. Once an appointment is booked, please check your email for check-in and check-out times.

    Please be mindful of length and thickness when you are booking. Providing us with as much information as possible will make sure we can deliver to your needs in the timeframe.

  • Each type of hair takes differently to colour.

    If you don’t have any dye in your hair, we can usually achieve your desired colour in the first session but if you’ve recently coloured your hair (in particular home dye), your desired result may take longer to achieve.

    Alternatively, if your hair is dry or damaged, we may need to do 2 or 3 sessions of colour to maintain the integrity of your hair to prevent breakage.

  • Our prices vary for all stylist levels. Please check our Pricelist for more information.

  • We recommend that you rebook with every appointment to avoid missing out on your preferred date and time.

    However, we know that life can be a juggle and schedules change so if this isn’t possible, it’s great if you can try to book 2-3 weeks in advance. For senior stylists and our busy days (late nights and Saturdays), we recommend 4-5 weeks’ notice at least.

    We do have last-minute cancellations though, so feel free to contact us via email or phone to double-check, and we can always add you to our waiting lists.

  • We advise all new clients to come in for a consult first so we can take a look at your hair and make sure we’re able to achieve what you’re after. A consultation is £20, which is then redeemable against any service.

  • Yes indeed. We offer fabulous Keratin treatments which will help smooth your hair while still keeping its natural volume.

  • Yes, we offer many services for afro hair.

  • As we’re in the centre of town, there’s no on-site parking but we have plenty of carparks nearby.
