Your role will include:

• Owning the diary and daily flow

• Welcoming clients and supporting the team

• Managing bookings, communication and rebookings

• Keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes

• Stock management, retail support and admin

• Founder support and wider operational tasks

You must be organised, proactive and confident in a client-facing role.
You should be calm under pressure, solutions-focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.

Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a design-led, organised and highly creative individual to take ownership of the Carmen Walker brand across content, campaigns, partnerships and education.

This role sits at the centre of our visual identity. Working closely with the Founder, you’ll plan, create and deliver cohesive, elevated creative across social media, email, website, PR, events and our upcoming education platform. You’ll help shape how the brand looks, feels and communicates as we grow.

Your role will include:

• Leading creative direction across all digital and physical brand touchpoints

• Planning and executing our content strategy

• Filming and editing video content

• Designing graphics and digital assets

• Maintaining and elevating our calm, minimal aesthetic

• Supporting influencer partnerships and gifting

• Assisting with early press outreach

• Creative direction for shoots and content days

• Supporting events, campaigns and education content creation.

  You must have strong design and video skills, a refined visual eye and the ability to create cohesive, elevated work.
  Experience in beauty, lifestyle or premium branding is preferred.

Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (approx. 24 hours)
