Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before your appointment.
If you’re having a colour or treatment service, we recommend wearing suitable clothing and allowing enough time for your full appointment duration.

Our stylists tailor each visit with care, and arriving prepared ensures we can make the most of your time with us.

If you’re running late, please call the salon as soon as possible.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time may mean we need to shorten or reschedule your service.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged at 100% of the booked service value to cover the reserved time.

To secure your booking, we may request a deposit — particularly for colour, extension, or longer services.
This deposit is fully redeemable against your appointment on the day.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Please get in touch with us ASAP via email, If deposits are unpaid, your appointment will be cancelled.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you have two options:

1. Either login to our online booking system

2. Get in touch with us directly via phone or email

We understand that plans change.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.

This allows us to offer the appointment to another client on our waiting list and respect the time of our team.

Our salon environment is designed to be calm and considered.
To maintain this atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless previously agreed.

This ensures your stylist can focus entirely on you and your experience remains undisturbed.

This offer is available to new clients only and applies to selected services, including haircuts, blow-dries, styling, hair care treatments, and men’s grooming.
The 10% discount is valid for your first booking only and must be redeemed using the code CARMEN10 at the time of booking.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher, or discounted service and does not apply to retail purchases or specialist treatments unless stated otherwise.

Carmen Walker reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
